Valenttina has 14 years of experience in the field of information technology where she has led global teams on data management matters, project management, software development to name a few. She is a serial entrepreneur, she runs her own business where they specialize in both code and no-code software development, BI, Data analytics, Data Management, website development and E-commerce. She is also the co-founder of WomenTechIceland which is the biggest and most inclusive organization for women and non-binary people in tech in Iceland and is the current host of the Nordic Women in Tech Awards. She holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Leadership and Strategy from TIAS school of business.
